Sally Bigongiari Noedel Sally has been active in the charter school movement since 1996. She was a founder and administrator of the Village Charter School in Eugene Oregon. Sally recently been appointed to the Oregon Charter School Assessment team.

Ramin Karimpour Ramin has been involved in the charter school movement in Arizona since 1997. He is a co-founder of the Ha:san Preparatory and Leadership school in Tucson Arizona. He served as a teacher and administrator during his 5 years with the school. His primary strengths are in risk management, school student relations and using technology in the classroom.
